TOS Update (Minor)

I've updated my TOS's Will/Won't draw section. I have added more specific fetishes to the Won't list, and added a few more themes to the Will list.

18+ content still stays in the won't section for commissions. I personally don't want to be asked for (non-Personal art) NSFW commissions unless I explicitly open for them. I still am not comfortable with drawing nsfw for folks as a commission aside from a YCH. ((its kind of hard for me to read nsfw conversations and respond back to them, too.))
